Urick burials in the Saylor Graveyard Philip Urick and his family are found in Elizabeth Township, Miami county in the 1870 and 1880 census. The Saylor Graveyard is in Bethel Township south of the Elizabeth-Bethel Road (aka County Road 168), on the second lane west of State Route 201, in a field. Uricks are buried in the Saylor Graveyard from 1863 through 1891. In the early years the name URICK was spelled EURICK. Four of Philip and Savilla's children, William, Joseph, Tilla and George are buried in Saylor cemetery between the years of 1863-1872 with the spelling Eurick on their grave markers. |
